Make PUCK
part of your iPhone.
Set up your nicotine pouch timer, add quick access and keep control of your records.
Start here
Open PUCK and complete setup. Save your pouch and choose a personal timer using the guidance on your packaging. Reminder and quick-access setup are optional. Finishing setup returns you to Timer without starting a session.
Tap Start pouch when you begin timing. After you remove the pouch, tap Remove & log. PUCK records the actual time, including time past your target. A running timer does not pause or reset when you leave the app.
PUCK is for adults 21 and over who already use nicotine pouches. Timer choices are personal settings, not safe exposure limits. Labeled mg is not absorbed nicotine.
Back Tap and Siri
Set up Back Tap
- Open Kit → Quick access → Back Tap in PUCK, then open PUCK's shortcuts.
- From Start pouch timer, use the action menu's Use in New Shortcut option, then save as Start pouch. On some iOS versions, touch and hold and choose New Shortcut.
- In iPhone Settings, open Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap.
- Choose Double Tap or Triple Tap and select your saved shortcut.
Optionally save a second shortcut using Pouch removed and assign it to the other gesture. Run that action only after removal. Availability and recognition depend on your iPhone and how you tap it.
Ask Siri
After setup, try “Start my pouch in PUCK” or “Finish my pouch in PUCK.” Siri settings, language and device lock state may affect availability. You can always use the same actions inside PUCK.
Reminders and Live Activities
I did not receive a removal reminder.
Open Kit → Settings & data and check Removal reminders and iPhone permission. Use Notification settings to review iOS permission, sounds and alert delivery. Focus and other system settings can affect delivery.
A timer reaching zero does not automatically record removal. Open PUCK, remove your pouch and choose Remove & log.
The timer is not on my Lock Screen.
Check Kit → Settings & data → Live Activities and the relevant iPhone settings. Live Activities are managed by iOS, including their availability and lifetime. PUCK's timer record persists even when a Live Activity is not visible.
What does Stealth mode hide?
It changes Live Activities to a generic timer and Finish action. It does not hide pouch details in widgets or reminders, or app identification supplied by iOS.
Your records
Use Stats → Logbook for recorded sessions. Records reflect actual elapsed time; the selected timer is your target. Estimated cost depends on the price and tin size you entered.
To export, open Kit → Settings & data → Export CSV, then Share CSV. Choose where to save or share it. CSV is an export, not an in-app restore feature.
Clear session history removes recorded sessions while keeping the active timer, profiles and stock. To remove a single session, use its delete action in Logbook. Shared files and device backups must be managed separately.
If PUCK says saved data cannot be read, it leaves that data untouched. Try reopening the app and contact support before deleting it; deleting the app can remove the information you are trying to recover.
